This photo won the grand prize for the Flying Smiles Photo Contest, Smile Seair category. The judges said it earned both the technical aspect and the most number of votes. So to all the people who voted for it and to the judges, many many thanks to all of you.
This is the same photo that I featured when I first moved to this domain, only I did not use photoshop on this, just a raw file.
How I shot the photo:
When we we’re still planning our trip, I already told everybody who’s going along to bring a red shirt, so that when we will have a group photo, it will look nice. So the day when we came to Camiguin’s infamous White Beach, actually it’s a sandbar, I told them to wear their red shirt. I set up my camera on the tripod, use a wireless remote with a 2 second delay. It took us several jumps, 10 times I think, but this is the only one that came out right, where everybody is in the air.
In all this… to God be the glory!
Check out Picatoo’s official site for the summary and pics of the evet.
