i took this shot at the Mandai Orchid garden in Singapore.

This monument, located in the center of Lafayette Park, portrays Major General Andrew Jackson as he appeared while reviewing his troops at the Battle of New Orleans, Louisiana. Thirteen years later he became the seventh president of the United States.   Lafayette park is located in front of the white house.  I took this shot during my 3 week stay in Washington DC.

the whole ABS-CBN building was adorned with lights that changes colors.  One of the colors was purple.

I took this at one of the World Pyro Olympics.

I don’t know what flower is this, i was just curious of it’s purple flower so i took a pic of it.

The World Pyro Olympics is an annual competition amongst the most prestigious fireworks companies in the world. The event is one of the largest and most intense international fireworks competitions of the world, second only to Montreal’s Fireworks Competition.  This has been staged here in the Philippines for 3 consecutive years now.

the 3rd world pyro olympics was held again here in manila, i only got  the chance to watch last saturdays show featuring italy and venezuela…

for this post it’s italy… i think…
