this is for litratongpinoy’s theme for this week… “lunch”

calamari


zuppa toscana


grilled steak crostada


bellini peach raspberry iced tea


choco mint


good thing the bill was not on me…  :)


started the lunch with some appertizers, zuppa toscana – Spicy sausage, russet potatoes and cavolo greens in a creamy broth. and some calamari – Tender calamari, lightly breaded and fried. Served with parmesan-peppercorn and marinara sauces.

for the main entree, i had the grilled steak crostada, available for a limited time. Grilled steak medallions with campanelle pasta tossed in a pancetta bacon and four cheese sauce, served with baked asiago cheese crostada.  Had the Bellini Peach-Raspberry Iced Tea for the drink.
